Dear Marge Received your letter O.K. Thanks a lot. Was swell to hear from you. Will send you a few licenses now as I might not have a chance for a while. Have been busier than the devil. Have been working each day from 6:30 AM until 9 or 10 P.M. It kind of got me down last Monday & Tuesday. Spent a couple of days in bed. More or less a case of nervous exhaustion. Feel a lot better now though. Just got back from a non-commissioned officers school. Was drier than the chickens. Very uninteresting! The Lt. who conducted it doesn't seem to know

what the Army is all about. Glad you had a nice Thanks-giving. Yes, we had Turkey with all the trimmings, pumpkin pie, candy & nuts. Was real good. Haven't heard anymore from Bill He's probably landed wherever he was going by now. Hope he had a safe trip. By the way, here's his address:
